Cheri oversees the day-to-day office operations and manages many of the company’s core administrative functions. She handles owner and tenant accounting, bookkeeping, property marketing, leasing operations, applicant screening, and client communication. Cheri works to keep operations running efficiently while helping fill vacancies quickly through strong marketing and leasing strategies.
Elizabeth works closely with residents and plays an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. She manages tenant communication, rent collection, lease renewals, scheduling, and day-to-day resident support. Elizabeth helps ensure residents receive prompt communication and excellent service while also helping owners maintain consistent collections and tenant retention.
